Pako Vega was born in Ceuta, the house of Calypso in the ancient Ogigia.
Currently based in Edinburgh, he presents Sounds of Ogigia for the local radio EH-FM.
The first tuesday of every month he delivers a mish-mash of under the radar artist and labels through which he embraces the spirituality of music in any shape.
As a dj, Pako’s dj sets are hard to pigeon-hole due to the high eclecticism of his selections.
He stands against the established functional dance music formula that has shaped the global club scene, aiming for a more trascendental and explorative approach.
