What is the cancellation and return policy for Ibiza Sonica Premium Radio?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, let us know! Our policy may include a refund, but some restrictions apply, so please review the terms below. Our policy is independent of any legal rights you may have by law.

If you return your Ibiza Sonica Premium Radio subscription and/or receive a refund, you agree to log out and delete all copies from your device(s). Additionally, the license may, at our sole discretion, be deactivated to prevent further use.

Please note that your eligibility for cancellation, return, and refund may differ when purchased or billed through a third party (e.g., service provider, distributor, retail store, seller, etc.). Please review the terms of your solution for more information.

How to cancel your subscription

If you cancel your subscription, please note that your cancellation request should be made a few days before your renewal billing date to process the cancellation and avoid charges for automatic renewal.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, the subscription will not automatically renew. However, your access to our content will continue to be available for the remaining days of your existing subscription period (which has already been paid). You can also choose a refund according to our refund policy, which is outlined below.
Ibiza Sonica Premium Radio Subscription Packages:

If you purchased a package (i.e., a set of more than one subscription), you may cancel a subscription or the entire set of subscriptions that form a package at any time.

If you cancel only a part of the package, your other existing subscriptions may remain, and your applicable annual or monthly renewal price will be affected. Review your existing subscription and renewal prices on the Subscription Renewal Price List webpage or call Member Services and Support if the link is not available for your country.

If you cancel the entire set of subscriptions that form a package, your access to our content will continue for the remaining days in your existing subscription period (already paid), but it will not automatically renew for the next period.

You can also choose a refund according to our refund policy, which is outlined below.
Refunds: Annual and Monthly Subscriptions

Annual Subscriptions (subscription for one year or more or a perpetual subscription):

Each annual renewal of a subscription is eligible for a refund of the annual renewal fee, if your request is made within 60 days from the charge (i.e., your renewal billing date). The refund is limited to the price you paid for the current subscription period at that time.

Monthly Subscriptions (month-to-month renewals):

Unless otherwise excluded in this policy, the purchase of a monthly subscription is NOT eligible for a refund. If you cancel, the subscription will not automatically renew the following month; however, your access to our content will continue during the remaining days in your existing subscription period (already paid).
